Our systems are placed in tunnel form for multiple uses, for instance, in customs premises for full protection of the merchandise, in washing bays, car \u2013 shops and car service centers, e.t.c.<\/span><\/h4>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row row_type=&#8221;section&#8221; type=&#8221;grid&#8221; text_align=&#8221;left&#8221;][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;icon-list&#8221;]<b>Characteristics<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The tunnel type shading system is accompanied by a static report which certifies its resistance in extreme snowfall and heavy wind loads conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Our systems are warm galvanized-plating thickness:0,75- offering incomparable resistance for all metal parts.<\/li>\n<li>Perfect Shade systems have beam fasteners from alloyed aluminum castings that provide great elasticity to the whole structure.<\/li>\n<li>Our systems can have a sliding, split roof relieving the wind pressure at the inner space of the construction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Net material<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Our high density polyethylene net is of excellent quality, produced under special, strict specifications with complete anti \u2013 thermal protection up to 96% shading factor and up to 94% UVA \u2013 UVB protection.<\/p>\n<p>It provides protection from sun, hail and extreme weather conditions. It does not fade from the sun rays and offers complete anti-thermal protection to the outside and inside car spacing. It prevents color fading.<\/p>\n<p>You can also select a waterproof net of P.V.C. or black-out type. In such case, the static report regarding the speed of the wind is not applicable.<\/p>\n<p>The high density, polyethylene, shading net material is manufactured by special weaving and processing, in order to achieve UV and memory. Its excellent specifications make it ideal for the following reasons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It minimizes the Greenhouse effect adverse consequences since under our constructions there is a difference in temperature between 5<sup>o<\/sup>C &#8211;\u00a08<sup>o<\/sup>C.<\/li>\n<li>It increases the construction\u2019s durability against time passing and windy conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Our polyethylene, high density net, is in compliance with the European Fire Standard: DIN EN. 13501-1 regarding its reaction to fire. That means that in case of a fire, the net reacts as an inflammable material thus, the flames do not transmit in the surrounding area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">Our systems are characterized by flexibility and adjustability according to your demands. We provide an immediate delivery of our systems reaching an installment rhythm of 100 running meters per day, using a crew of four specialized technicians, without causing any inconvenience to your working environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Our systems have been assessed towards the worst seismic actions performing the most satisfactory results.<\/p>\n<p>The tunnel type just like all types of our shading systems are prefabricated structures that can be easily dismantled and relocated.
